How do I wash my bandana or collar? 

• Our bandanas are machine washable! We recommend washing on cold and drying at a low temperature. Remove promptly to avoid wrinkling. 

• For collars you may machine was on delicate, we recommend putting the collar inside a bag or tied pillow case to protect hardware. Lay flat to air dry.

What is your return policy?

• Since our products are handmade, we do not accept returns. If you come across a problem with your order, please email naughtydogstore@gmail.com to address the issue.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Your order will leave our shop within 1-2 weeks after placing it online. Our processing time is this long because our products are all handmade to order. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method chosen.
